Hello! I hope this message finds you well. I am part of a Digital Marketing Agency that has recently taken over a site that was migrated to my account on WordPress. WordPress is updating their database to MySQL8, and when I have done my tests, I keep getting an error because of something with the header from my Salient theme.

Is there anyone who can help me with this error? I have attached an image of it. No one in my organization set up this site, it was simply migrated so we are not sure why this error is happening.

Any Help would be great! Thank you in advance

    Hey Again,

Please update to the Latest Salient Theme Version.

The current version of the theme is 16.0.5 and the current version of the page builder is 6.13 . Salient versions older than v11 won't be compatible with WordPress 5.5.

Here's the documentation on the available methods for updating Salient: http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/updating-salient/#methods Once you've updated that, the update for the included page builder will become available. Note that "Visual Composer" also renamed their plugin on Envato to "WPbakery page builder" a couple of years back.

Here's an update guide on what to expect when jumping many major releases at once: http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/important-salient-update-for-new-envato-requirements/ take a read through before the update, as many things have changed.

To get a list of Bug Fixes and new Feature addons in the Latest Theme updates view change log here http://themenectar.com/changelogs/salient.html .

    Thanks.

    Hello Tahir!

Thank you so much for reaching out to me!

I have downloaded the plugin and authorized the token, however, I get this message:

"Your OAuth Personal Token has been verified. However, there are no WordPress downloadable items in your account."

To update, do I have to repurchase this theme?

We are a marketing company that migrated this site to our WPEngine because we took over the marketing/website management for the client. The company before us purchased and setup this theme, so we do not have an Envato purchase for this account. I believe we will need to repurchase this, but I wanted to double check before I did.

Thank you once again for your help!

    Sincerely,

    David Cuevas
