I noticed a conflict generated by the theme. Does not load the site in desktop version and mobile version instead you see it wrong. If I open Salient on wordpress I see a white screen, I no longer see the plugin entries and settings. How can I fix it?
Thank you Noah for your answer, trying to disable plugins except the two does not change anything unfortunately.
But when you open the site from the console you notice some errors probably of javascript like you said. Are they errors caused by my site ? Or is it a theme conflict that you can help me solve?

Hi Clara,
Could you disable all your plugins except salient core and salient page builder and see if the options load?
If not then check if there is a javascript error in the browser console. This is what we mean by browser console - https://developer.chrome.com/docs/devtools/console/
Let us now if that exposes the cause of the issue.

Please update to the Latest Salient Theme Version.
The current version of the theme is 16.0.5 and the current version of the page builder is 6.13.1 .

Can I do this even if I don’t have licenses or anything? I didn’t buy Salient but the agency that created the site, is relevant?
