How do you remove the bar at the very top completely?   ( no title, menu or search)

I tried the code in

but it didn't work or maybe I didn't do it right.... is the page id specific to the site?  

I put the Header code in under Salient --> General Settings --> custom CSS

Apparently you didn't fully read my question!  But I figured it out .... you need to have the matching page number!  

Is there a way to eliminate the Header for ALL pages?  (remove the .page-id-xx?)

Yep removing ".page-id-xx" worked!
