How do i edit menus in the header, like how do i change them, and also, how can i connect one of the menus to a specific page in the site. For example, prices menu when you click on it it scrolls down the website and takes you right to the prices part.

Please head to Appearance > Menus to edit the menu.
Also, you can add a page as a custom link for it to be redirected to another page.
