I’m trying to set up a custom page for error 404. In the section of the theme in option 404 Not Found Template, I have changed the image that should appear, instead of an image with a video preloaded with the theme, since in my library I have deleted all the images preloaded.
My website is multilingual, in the default language (English) when I put a fake url, I see the correct 404 page, with the image I uploaded (a lovely kitten). But on the web in Spanish, when I enter a false url, the video image appears preloaded.
I've noticed that there was a Global Section Page about 404 Template with this video.. So it was the issue. I left the template with the text but without the video background.
