In my galleries on my website, I have set up image galleries but the image thumbnails are just crops of the image centre. I've manually edited some of the problem images and used "Regenerate Thumbnail" plugin but it doesn't change the look of the thumbnail. any way to sort this?
You can see in some of the thumbnails the heads are cut off my images.
hi Tahir, I've already done this with multiple images but the thumbnails still wont update. I've also tried to use the plugin which refreshes the thumbnails. Any ideas?
Could you allow us to log in to your website backend dashboard so we can check on this for you more?. We are gonna need the username and password of admin user only..
I see a couple of plugins could you please try deactivating all third party plugins and activate them one by one as this could likely be caused by a conflict from a plugin ..
the gallery element with serve the thumbnails in the size you define in the gallery settings - if you want to serve them in their default size instead of entering a dimension such as 400x 300 use the word full
Thanks I've tried that but found that the way it displays Portrait photos vs Landscape photos doesn't look right and leave huge gaps underneath the landscape photo thumbnail, anyway to have galleries set up masonry style?

Deactivated all my 3rd party plugins, re-cropped some of my thumbnails and they are still not showing correctly i'm afraid. :(
