Ive enabled "Off Canvas Menu Separate Mobile Menu" and created a seperate menu for mobile and added it to the "Off Canvas Navigation Menu" location yet when I test on mobile Im still seeing rhe main navigation being used for mobile?
Ive cleared all cache and the issue persists?
Are you able to point me in the right direction please?
Could you allow us to log in to your website backend dashboard so we can check on this for you more?. We are gonna need the username and password of admin user as well as the login url.
Your child theme seems to be conflicting as its working as intended when I switch to the parent theme. Please review any code related to the header and check.
We are investigating what is going on with this site but weve also noticed that the Wordpress Preview function doesnt work at all when editing a portfolio item.
Other than the conflict in the child theme, what else could be causing this?
Hey Tahir, I'm thinking of replacing the footer with a global footer instead, so that way I can control how it looks more across different devices. As such, I could potentially just remove the override.
Can you indicate please what line the problematic override is on so I can remove it?
is it the entire footer.php file in the child theme I need to remove or just part of it? Ive got the global module footer in place and it can be seen here https://africanhorsdev.wpengine.com/horse-safaris/

Hello Damien,
Thank you for getting back to us.
Please check for plugin conflicts by deactivating the third-party plugins then reactivate it back one by one to see the one that causes issues.
Try that and let us know how it goes.
Kind regards,
Hi, weve had the child theme updated yet the mobile menu stil wont display for mobile?
Hi Damien,
Thanks for writing back.
Your login details seem not to be working, please verify and resend working credentials.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Hi Damien,
Thanks for sharing your login details.
I see the logins working as intended on off-canvas and the main menu
You can share a screenshot or a screencast to show from your end how they are displayed and your expectations of how they should be.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Hi, I'm still seeing the main menu being used which has the double titles? Ive cleared cache etc

Hey Again,
You child theme "footer.php" override is causing the issue. Try updating it with the latest version and check.

Hey Again,
Unfortunately, indicating the line is not possible without comparing the footer.php versions.
Yes, you can use the Global Sections and remove or rename the "footer.php" file in the child theme so it does not take effect.
Thanks.
