I am having a hard time trying to relocate the "call to action" area. I want it just under my header, but I can't see where to re-order the page. The 'call to action' does not show up on the page editor. But when I click the "call to action" tab under "salient" , there is no where I can see to organize it. It is also not in my widget area.
The call to action can be found in footer.php and is meant to be used only above the footer. if you want you can create a similar content area using Visual Composer text element and giving it a background color via row options.
