Did manual update using FTP not realizing the envato market plugin wasn’t installed. It was a few versions old & had the visual composer in it & when I installed latest update, the wpbakery plugin causing the site to crash when activated. Deleted visual composer, same. Activated both, same. Hesitant to click update on market plugin without speaking with you guys first.
The manual update should not have any issues even when the Envato plugin is installed. You can go through our guide to guide you through the update process.
Also, please ensure that you have updated all the plugins that come bundled with the theme.
