I still have the problem that the video in the background of the fullscreen row doesn't play in Safari browser. I added all three formats (mp4, webm and ogv) in 16:9 ratio.
When there is only the mp4-file set the video plays in the safari browser on my laptop, but not on the mobile device. As soon as I add the webm-format video, it plays on my iPhone but not in the safari browser.
I read all your advices on your support site but nothing helps.
The video plays without problems in Google Chrome and Firefox browsers.
I followed all the instructions on your website. The only thing I don't know how to adjust is "to ensure that a power-saving or data-saving mode is not on" in Safari. I have not such a setting.

Could you try testing on a different device and let us know if this still occurs? You can also let us know the version of Safari you're using so we can check this out for you.
