    Hello, I need to change my purchase for another template, the one I bought has errors in the installation and the support takes many hours to respond, my project has been without progress for a week for this reason.

    Please help.

    hello,

    The problem is that you cannot edit in wordpress, the installation runs correctly but in a couple of hours wordpress is deconfigured

    Hey Again,

    This is likely the result of your server timing out before the page has loaded 100% . Please contact your hosting provider and have them look into this. 

    Also try using the Optimization plugins recommended in this Article http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/performance-optimization-guide/ and check if that makes a difference .

    We regret the inconvenience caused . However the issue still seems to be related to your hosting provider as it is randomly not working. If it were a Salient Theme issue it would not have worked the first time. 

    We always provide refunds for anyone who requests. Once you fill out the form here, we'll be able to approve it from our end and it should be issued back to you from Envato within a couple of business days.
