Someone else did my website long time ago and I am managing it now. I just updated Salient from V11 to V16 today on a staging website as I was confident to do it on my live website.
Firstly, when I add a new row, it doesn't show close icon for either row or column. It means I can't delete it anymore.
Secondly, elements on the page, show "Edit" & "Delete" icon but not "Clone" icon. I wonder why. Could you please help to solve and answer? Thank you in advance.

Could you please share screenshot of these errors so we can check them out and advise?
Also, if you have any auto-optimized plugins, try clearing your site cache and disabling the plugin, and let us know if this helps.
