Hi , is it possible to add support for WPForms styling? i know there is basic form styling but a lot of features are missing, WPForms can use wordpress blocks styling but if i enable this will my theme break? would be much easier to support WPForms styling.

Yes, our theme does support wp-forms styling. You can see the same in our changelogs here https://themenectar.com/changelogs/salient.html#:~:text=Added-,styling%20for%20WPForms,-plugin.
You can also try importing one of the prebuilt forms in the salient templates and customize from there.

thank you for coming back to me, i must be a bit stupid i cannot find how to change font, font colour and font size.
i have added CSS to get font and font colour would prefer wysiwyg for speed.
I have attached a screenshot of the only options available when i try and edit in visual designer.
