This is not possible with the theme, you'd have to use a 3rd party plugin to achieve this. Try using this plugin or something similar to add this feature https://wordpress.org/plugins/conditional-menus/.

When you purchase a license, you can only use it for a single-end product. This means you can use it within one domain and its subdomains. You can read more about regular licensing here https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard https://themeforest.net/licenses/faq. So using the license in the subdomain should be all good.
Feel free to reach out to the ThemeForest team as they control the licensing of themes.
On each demo page you've displayed the ability to have different headers for different pages. Is this possible for my theme to do this?
I would like to have a magazine page, and also a SAAS page with different headers. Please see screenshot.
