    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I can't seem to replicate this error from our end. This is what we're seeing from our end.

Were you able to figure this out from your end?

We look forward to your feedback.

    Kind regards,

Hi Andrew, thank you for replying you was fast ahahaha

I found how to replicate the issue. Using a Windows 11 computer, i'm using a 105% resolution scale

If i put 100% the issue disapear, but i need 105% for my eyes lol

    Is it fixable ?

    regards

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing back.

To ensure the adaptability of extended screen sizes, please try adjusting this option and check whether that would help :

Please let us know how this goes.

Hello there, thank you for replying.

By changing this setting that make the columuns more "larger" but not fix the issue when using 105% resolution :

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing back.

To assist you better, we'd love to have a closer look at your setup and to do this, we'll need admin login credentials

(dashboard URL, username, password) to your site. This will enable us to conduct a more in-depth investigation of the issue based on your specific configurations. Would you mind sharing this with us?

If you prefer, you can safely share the access through a one-time secret note or using an access plugin such as Controlled Admin Access.

Before you provide this information, we strongly recommend taking a backup of your site.

If you have any concerns or questions about this process, please don't hesitate to let me know.

    Best regards,

    Hello there,

    Thanks for writing back.

You can instead use the Post Loop Builder to add the portfolio. I have demonstrated in this video: https://monosnap.com/file/1k0IMH2Cyr2mqAsjYv67veOZh6CL4E

I hope you find this helpful.

If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, don't hesitate to write back, I'm happy to help.
