Hello, i deleted all the salient pages along with posts on wordpress. My website is still showing salient information in the meta description along with the salient meta links. Help would be greatly appreciated, not sure why it is still showing pages that do not exist. Thank you
Hi Judith, i was not clear with what i needed assistance with. I am keeping the Theme, but as you can see by the pictures, the meta description still has Salient stock wording in it. I deleted all pages and posts, besides the Main Salient page, in-order to remove the stock meta description. As you can see by the picture, it still shows them, along with the mobile view showing the stock Salient links under the website in google. I would like to remove these and i am keeping Salient, not resetting or removing it. Thank you!
To assist you better, we'd love to have a closer look at your setup and to do this, we'll need admin login credentials
(dashboard URL, username, password) to your site. This will enable us to conduct a more in-depth investigation of the issue based on your specific configurations. Would you mind sharing this with us?
I appreciate the help. It seems like it did remove the stock words from the meta description, but now uncategorized is showing under the website link. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you very much.

If you prefer, you can safely share the access through a one-time secret note or using an access plugin such as Controlled Admin Access.
Before you provide this information, we strongly recommend taking a backup of your site.
If you have any concerns or questions about this process, please don't hesitate to let me know.

Hello there,
Thanks for sharing your login details.
Just for confirmation, do you experience the same issue when you switch to a different WP theme for example a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One?
I look forward to your response.
Hey Again,
You will have to update your XML sitemap on google to remove those listings. This should help: https://yoast.com/help/xml-sitemaps-in-the-wordpress-seo-plugin/
Thanks.

Hey Again,
This too would have to be adjusted in Yoast SEO. Try adjusting the Post Categories and check.
Thanks.
