    Hi, can i put somewhere preview image in mp4 or another video format? 

    I can put video into portfolio with "Self hosted video player" but cant have video in portfolio preview image on main page. www.jakubjirik.cz

    And i need to start automaticly like gif when page is loaded.

    Its possible to have video in portfolio preview or i need to make gif from video?

    I am afraid you can't add a video preview to portfolio at the moment, however, we've taken note of this on our wishlist for the coming updates.
