Unfortunately using the Live URL alone we can not troubleshoot the issue. We recommend recreate each section one by one to find the element or Text that is breaking the formatting.
I tried on a new page and it did work but if i try to add a new inner row in an existing homepage then the page layout breaks. Please help me with this.

Still not able to figure out the origin of the issue. I request you try recreating the page again and see whether that could be of help. You can save the elements you would want and then add them to the new page you want to recreate.

I have made a draft page called ‘Home Draft’ in the pages. Its a replica of the homepage and I had recreated this page. I removed the section and added the hero and inner rows manually.

Is it possible you can take a backup of your site then, install the theme afresh and see whether that helps because it seems there are corrupted files in your site?
Judith, can you pls try to be a bit more experimental than simply adding the default sections and not the default left-aligned buttons?

I am so sorry if there was confusion in my response. By corrupted files, I meant there could be an issue with the theme files which may be corrected by installing a fresh zip file, and the issue may not necessarily be malware.
The issue continues to show on your site so installing a new file may potentially be a way to fix the issue.
You can test from a staging site before trying on the live site and see the outcome.
I have selected this layout and in another screenshot, you can see that the green-marked area is where the icons used to be. After updating the page the icons shifted to the right and after changing the menu style from salient it moved to center.
I tried troubleshooting, and found this error in my error log -

Thanks for quick response but this shortcode has started popping up in text format at the front and backend when I try to use inner columns or rows.
As soon as I delete the row it vanishes but, when I use these inner rows this code appears and layout breaks.
