I am using a single page construction and wanted to know if it was possible to have links in the menu section or elsewhere which could link to automatically scroll (or not scroll) to a designated section on my single page format... or if links can only direct to a new URL page.
For example, if I have "contact info" in the header or in a button somewhere on the page, I'd like clicking it automatically scroll the single page to that section. Is there any way to set a section as a URL destination?
