    Hi!

I am trying to translate a global section that appears all over the site in the footer, but as soon as I confirmed the translation of the content, it disappeared from the English front site.
Am I forgetting something? how can I translate the display position too?

The website it's in production, but the english version is not out yet

    Hey Again,

This issue seems specific to your setup as we haven't had any such reports.

Could you allow us to log in to your website backend dashboard so we can check on this for you more?. We are gonna need the username and password of admin user as well as the login url.

    Thanks.

    Hi Tahir,

I got around the problem for now by manually entering the positions in each global section, but these had not translated to the pages, so the error is no longer displayed. so I don't know if you might still find the credentials useful

    Thank you

Yes, no need for the credentials if you got a workaround.

Hey Co-Brains, can you kindly open a ticket with WPML regarding this and let me know the ID so that I can contact their dev team to follow-up?

    Kind regards
