Please update to the Latest Salient Theme Version.
The current version of the theme is 16.1.3 and the current version of the page builder is 7.1 . Salient versions older than v11 won't be compatible with WordPress 5.5.
We have updated to the latest Salient version and have had the same issue. We have also done a fresh install of Wordpress, a fresh install of Salient (latest version), and a fresh install of Salient Portfolio (latest version). In addition to that we created a new portfolio category, a post for that category, and a page with the module to display the post. The attached picture is what we're seeing from that.
We didn't change anything in Salient past what it has by default on install. It seems to be specifically an issue with the Salient Portfolio. Please advise.
To assist you better, we'd love to have a closer look at your setup, and to do this, we'll need admin login credentials (dashboard URL, username, password) to your site. This will enable us to conduct a more in-depth investigation of the issue based on your specific configurations. Would you mind sharing this with us?
Thank you so much for that reply. I should have clarified more - I've attached screenshots from our initial inquiry. When we were using this module previously we didn't use any images. It is being used for an FAQ section so the pop up would show just the content (text only) that was put in the portfolio post. Attached is an image of how it worked previously and how it's looking now. In the current outcome screenshot, you can see the inputted text shows at the bottom. Could you assist with this? Thank you,
You seem to have provided the login credentials of a different setup . Please create a test page so we can recreate the issue or provide login credentials of the live site to troubleshoot further.
I've just recreated the issue on the site that I provided you credentials for. We'd like to be able to display a body of text instead of an image when it is clicked. It used to display a headline and some body text, can we have it display that again? I've attached a screenshot of what we get when we remove all imagery and add some text, in the test site that we've provided. Also attached a photo of what we used to get, for easy reference (has been attached to previous replies). Thank you!
Did this issue occur after updating the Salient Theme ?. Did your older theme have customizations in place as we never had this option to show text in the lightbox ?.
