    Is there a way to make the CTA on a horizontal list item, a popup window or a text lightbox?

    Unfortunately, I can't see the page since you have shared a preview link. If you are using HTML to add the CTA to the Horizontal list, you can add it as shown in our guide here https://themenectar.ticksy.com//article/2238/.

    Thanks for writing back.

    A CTA only has image and video options for lightbox.
