This bottom add to cart sticky bar is from 3rd party plugin, but this drop down and qty control working independently. are we able to sync both lets say when we choose deep forest on top, bottom sticky bar also should change to deep forest, and if we change qty to 2, bottom should change, same goes other way around too.
I test few plugins but not synchronize both options to each other.
We don't control Woocommerce functionality such as this, however I would request you confirm with the plugin's support team as to whether this is a known issue and whether they can assist with the synchronization.
