    I can't change the search bar text: Type what you're... into Dutch. 

    I'm using Say What. The text under (hit enter...) will be changed with Say What. 

    In an other site i have changed it, but i'm forgotten where and how i did it.

    You can change the text from Salient > Header Navigation > Header Search :
