Hi I have installed Salient Mag theme and I can not change anything in it, I can not add logo on desktop but I can on mobile (where it is too big and the theme does not scale it down), on mobile version demo videos are not showing, pictures on some parts of desktop and mobile are not showing and I have some broken rows on mobile. What should I do it seems like installation has gone wrong.
I have added plugin Envato market so I can add theme once again and override the existing but my browser is loading and loading - nothing happens.
To assist you better, we'd love to have a closer look at your setup and to do this, we'll need admin login credentials
(dashboard URL, username, password) to your site. This will enable us to conduct a more in-depth investigation of the issue based on your specific configurations. Would you mind sharing this with us?
This does not have anything to do with the Import process rather its a caching issue. You also seem to have a Security plugin installed which might be blocking the changes.

Hey Lana ,
Thanks.

Hey Again,
Your optimization plugin is causing the issue on both desktop and mobile. See screenshot:
Try using the Optimization plugins recommended in this Article http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/performance-optimization-guide/ and check if that makes a difference .
Thanks.

If you prefer, you can safely share the access through a one-time secret note or using an access plugin such as Controlled Admin Access.
Before you provide this information, we strongly recommend taking a backup of your site.
If you have any concerns or questions about this process, please don't hesitate to let me know.
Best regards,
Hey Again,
