I'm also running into a separate issue where WP Bakery will not allow me to edit the homepage and on other pages I can get into the WP Bakery but I'm not able to edit widgets. I can only duplicate the widget.

I'm trying to install and update plug-ins for salient but I keep getting an error message.
"Cannot load tgmpa-install-plugins."
