"Wide" Masonry Items not behaving as expected in portfolio.

    I noticed that "wide" masonry items aren't truly wide when the portfolio is set to "4 columns."  They do not break out of the grid.  Is this a mistake?

    I'd like to have wide and tall items, with the thumbnail margins that come with the 4 column format.

    I am afraid it wont break out with that option that the way its designed.
