Your header has an animation where the header resizes after you scroll. You can adjust the logo height or disable the animations all together as shown in this screenshot.

You seem to have an optimization plugin which is likely causing the changes to not take effect immediately.

1. Please clear your cache using this guide:https://themenectar.ticksy.com/article/6226/ .

3. For Woocommerce caching issues see: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-caching-plugins/ . 

Add this into the Custom CSS box in your Salient Theme Options panel (We write all Custom CSS in the Live Browser to ensure accuracy. If you cannot see any changes, make sure there is no red cross in the Custom CSS Box as any syntax error would cause all CSS under that line of code to not show up on the Frontend):

    height: 100px !important;
}

We normally recommend the plugins in our guide but you can use any caching plugin that suits your needs.

We recommend adding CSS in the Salient > General Settings > CSS/Script related.
