Hello, I recently launched my store, but I noticed that the add to cart button has stopped working, I have the ajax one enabled, I did everything I could, I found a plugin and it fixed it, but I would prefer not to use a plugin, right now it is working, but can you help me fix it so I can uninstall the plugin. I also attatched a video so you can see what I mean by "not working" , I get the animation, but to have it in the cart I have to refresh the page.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing to us.

In troubleshooting the issue you've encountered, conflicts between plugins can sometimes lead to unexpected behavior. To identify the root cause, we recommend temporarily deactivating all your plugins except Salient plugins and Woocommerce and checking if the issue persists.

Additionally, switching to another theme, such as Twenty-Twenty-three, can help determine whether the problem is related to the Salient theme itself. If the issue persists with a different theme, it's likely not caused by the Salient theme.

If you only encounter problems when the Salient theme is active, kindly provide us with access to a staging site that mirrors your live site settings. This will enable us to debug the issue in an environment identical to your live site.

For your convenience, we've included a link to a video tutorial on creating a staging site: Link to the Video..

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving your issue as soon as possible.

    Best regards,

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing back.

If the issue is persisting with other themes other than Salient then it means it's not a Salient issue, I request you contact Woocommerce support to assist further with the issue.

Should you have any further questions or encounter any issues, please don't hesitate to reach out.
