1. logo disappeared on homepage need help to get it to show again

2. I also would like to be able to rotate the header image and cant figure out the best way to do this with the theme. 

the client wants a large image  to rotate as a carousel through 3 Large images. what is the best way to achieve this , with the logo still showing 

This would require customizing the "header.php" file via a child theme  to use the svg or lottie shortcode available in the Page Builder .

You will have to override the "nectar_logo_output" function via a child theme "functions.php" file . See screenshots:
