[BUG] with no-visible footer?

    I noticed that if i deactivate the Footer in the theme settings "Main Footer Area" = OFF, the header is not transparent anymore.
    And the header also switch the color to the default white..
    If i leave the footer ON, there's no problem.

    Now it's all ok.

    I think it was a connection/caching problem :-S
