I had a postcode checker embedded onto my website, then I did some updates and it wasn't recognising the URL. It's now just a whole bunch of text where the box once was. I'm not the one who designed my site, we had a falling out with our web developers so I'm unable to ask them how they originally embedded it. I can however mention that when I looked at the embedded URL while it was working, it looked like a miniature video player in the backend. I asked the company of the delivery checker and they gave me some troubleshooting options, none of which worked. They seem to think it has something to do with my theme, which could make sense since it hasn't been working since the update/activation of some optional salient plugins - those of which I do not remember.
