To assist with this, could you allow us to log in to your website's backend dashboard so we can check on this for you more? We are gonna need the username and password of the admin user as well as the login URL.
In the meantime, add this into the Custom CSS box in your Salient Theme Options panel (We write all Custom CSS in the Live Browser to ensure accuracy. If you cannot see any changes, make sure there is no red cross in the Custom CSS Box as any syntax error would cause all CSS under that line of code to not show up on the Frontend) to remove the secondary header:
#header-secondary-outer {
display: none;
}
We look forward to your sharing the right credentials.
Header Navigation:
Where does this navigation come from and where can I switch it off? It appeared when I adjusted the colors there. Thank you, Marco.
Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You need to assign the menu from the secondary menu in the wp-admin > appearance > menus > manage locations. Here's a screenshot of the same.
You can also change the secondary header to the "standard header" in the Salient > Header Navigation > Secondary Header.
Try this and let us know how it goes.
Cheers,
no Seconddary Header Bar on this ponit :-(
the writing is gone now a white bar is visible

Thank you for getting back to us.
I still can't seem to log in as the password is incorrect. Here's a recording of the same https://monosnap.com/file/iBPfCNZr2wxNF9VOb7hWN9GdTkcD9a.
