I noticed that the subpage menu doesn't do anything when you click on it if it's in Tablet Portrait viewport or anything smaller, like mobile viewport.
I see the sub-menu items working as they should as I have demonstrated here : https://monosnap.com/file/CzcaGgAMn1hT3WYwiywd200OgtwJOH. In case I am missing something feel free to share a screencast of how you are reproducing the issue to help us check with clarity.
Sorry, I should have been more clear. What I was referring to is the Page SubMenu, as show in these following images:
When you shrink the page down, and it goes into this view below, the submenu doesn't seem to work.
Please test it on your end and let me know if you're experiencing the same issue or if I'm doing something wrong. I've tested it on 4 browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and same problem. It won't expand to show the submenu items (Environmental Investigation & Remediation), Munitions Response, etc), or do anything for that matter.
If you need a screen cast, let me know and I'll send one over.
Thanks for the suggestion. I've deactivated all plugins aside from the Salient ones, cleared all caches, etc, but it still does not work. Please take a look at the page again, so that you can also test it.

Please check for plugin conflicts by deactivating the third-party plugins then reactivate it back one by one to see the one that causes issues.

Try turning off all the Extra Row Settings such as Equal Height and Column Animation on the Page Submenu Row/Column and check.
