I am reaching out as I am trying to change our menu on our website to a top navigation menu rather than an off canvas menu. I found out how to add the pages I want to the menu at the top of the header, however I can't figure out how to remove the off canvas menu at the same time.
The second issue with this, is once I figured out how to add the menu items to the top of the page, I realized they were therefore then at the top of the page on mobile. I would like the off canvas menu to stay in the mobile version, but be removed completely from the desktop version.
It would be super helpful if I could have a quick meeting with a member of your team to go over my desired changes and get some tips and advice. Please let me know if this would be a possibility. If not, any insight into this issue would be much appreciated.
You can turn off the Off Canvas Menu for Desktop in the Salient Theme Options Panel . See screenshot:

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately the off canvas menu is already off. When I go and change the menu in Appearance -> Menus so that it is along the top rather than in the off canvas, the off canvas block stays where it is but is a blank square when you click on it. See attachments. Any idea why it is not being removed from the top of the header when off canvas is selected as "off"?
Could you allow us to log in to your website's backend dashboard so we can check on this for you more? We are gonna need the username and password of the admin user as well as the login URL.

You can remove the off-canvas menu from your header by navigating to the Salient > Header Navigation > Off-Canvas navigation option and disable this from there https://themenectar.com/docs/salient/theme-options/header-navigation/#ocn.
