I'm having an issue when clicking on to Menu Link from the header - that has an Anchor Link built into the URL - that when the link loads it' doesnt allow loading of the part of the page prior to the link.
For example the link provided loads to the page but the Header portion of the page doesn't load and doesn't allow the user to scroll upwards. If the user loads the Page first then the anchor link it works fine. I've turned off Lazy Loading to see if this fixes but it does not.

Thanks Tahir - did turn off - purged everything and also turned off WPRocket settings - still only loads the page from the Anchor Point downwards.

The Site still seems to be loading from the RocketCDN.
Also update to the Latest Salient Theme Version and bundled plugins and check.
