On one page I have a selection of hooks, and on the other with the same theme, only (attachment) is displayed, what should I do to make it appear again?
Could you allow us to log in to your website backend dashboard so we can check on this for you more?. We are gonna need the username and password of admin user as well as the login url.
Unfortunately, I do not have the option to log in to the administrator account. The only thing I can do is send screenshots of the logs or the code you need.
We havent come across this issue yet, therefore we would need admin access to troubleshoot this further. Could you setup a staging site where we can recreate the issue ?.

Be sure to update to the Latest Salient Theme Version.
The current version of the theme is 16.2.2 and the current version of the page builder is 7.6 .

This could be due to the account permission as well. Please try logging in with an admin account and check.

The hook setting print-screen is from an account that has all possible permissions.
