    I was wondering how do you get custom CTA's per page as per the example on themeforest?

    Hey!

    You can turn them on or off in Salient Theme Options -> Call to Action Section.

    but how would i have different ones per page as you do in the demo?

    Those are not CTA's rather a simple row with a text element and a button.
