Please try using the Flexible Slider Height option in Nectar Slider.
Also when using the flexible slider height option you have to enter the slider height based on how big your images would be at 1600px width - this will ensure the scaling is perfect with no clipping. To find the correct height for your images use this: http://andrew.hedges.name/experiments/aspect_ratio/ . The default width for images is 1600px so for example a image that is 1904 x 738px would be converted to 1600 x 620px if scaled down. Therefore slider height would be set to 620 px .
The flexible slider height option makes the Nectar Slider respond perfectly to ensure there's no clipping on any view - leaving it off will cause the height of the slider to change only once per every viewport change (desktop, ipad, mobile) and clip variously between them.
Thanks
I checked the Flexible Slider option, set the slider height to 550, and the minimum slider height to 750, but nothing changed when I looked on my phone.
On the desktop, I like the slider to be at 550 so it doesn't take up the whole screen and people can see that there's content below. But on mobile, the text looked too small, so I increased it using some CSS I found on one of the older posts. But because the font size went up, there wasn't enough room on the slider anymore.
The background image doesn't matter too much, as it's just some pretty pictures. It doesn't matter if it gets cropped or not.
Here's what it looks like on my phone: https://s3.amazonaws.com/pushbullet-uploads/ujvyO0df4o0-gEUkgpnR10wdR2o1n9JVS6GQGfDYc0e7/Screenshot_2015-02-06-11-20-18.png
Hmm, that's odd. I do have it turned on. I wonder if it's because I've also put in a slider height and that somehow disables the flexible slider option. I've included a snapshot of the settings I have on that page.
Hi there, I like how the slider looks on desktop, but because I've increased the font size for mobile, the text gets cut off.
How can I increase the height of the slider on mobile, but not on the desktop?

Hey Again!
Please also switch the row type to "In Container" .
