I am afraid we don't have the table of contents element to achieve this, you may need to use a 3rd party plugin to add this functionality.

Unfortunately we don't have this option or a way to add the table of contents on the sidebar. You can only add the category lists of posts among other widgets.

We'll however add this on our wishlist to include in the coming releases.

I am afraid at the moment, I am unable to recommend any plugins. This also is not achievable with css alone.

You can check through the WP repository for plugins to assist with this.
