    I just wanted to know how or to have an option in Porfolio (Project Configuration Settings) when there's an external URL entered to have it open in new tab :)

    I tried adding the JS in Salient head and didn't do anything.

    Please add this class to your Post Loop Builder that displays the portfolio and see whether that helps :
