Unfortunately, we currently don't have a way to add an image behind text as you have shared in the screenshot, but you can add an image as a background in the row.
Adding this feature would require some extensive customization which I'm afraid we are not able to offer due to support scope limitations.

I thought Andrew missed. There's a way to add image behind the text.
We can add any image by Design Options when we edit the Text block.
