Salient accessibility issue

Hi! I tested my website with Android talkback on my mobile phone and I noticed an accessibility issue with some text animations and elements. In particular:

    - When you set the style "text reveal wave" on a call to action, the screen reader does the spelling letter by letter, rather than reading the actual word.

    - When you use the "Split line heading" and you set the functionality "line reveal by available space", the accessibility reader considers each word as a section, therefore it reads only one word at the time. To read the entire paragraph, you have to swipe right to pass to the next word, for each word!

    - When you add a scrolling text, it reads it again and again while scrolling and repeating rather than reading it only once and go to the next text

    - The social icons automatically added on the menu / header through the global settings don't have an alt text / ARIA label

    - there's apparently no way to read a person description on the team sections.

    - there's apparently no way to translate the alt text of menu toggle and back to top button

    - Post loops have reduntant aria labels (it reads the post feature image and link, then reads it again as a title)

I was hoping you would add a patch on the next update. I guess the easier way would also be adding an "accessibility text" option on the settings like you have on some widgets like columns, it would be great so that the screen reader only considers that text.

    Thanks!

    Sara
