Since you are using the PostLoop Builder on the page to showcase your images, you can adjust the number of columns that show in the grid on mobile in the setting shown below.
If this is not what you're referring to, could you please share a screenshot of the gallery you're referring to so we can check this out and advise.
My apologies for the confusion, I could not find the gallery on the page you shared. Unfortunately, We don't have a way to add 2 columns to the gallery on mobile in the gallery settings.
Is there any way I control the image gallery to have more than 1 column on mobile responsive view?
