    Good morning,

I would like to disable the redirect to the top of the page when I press show the second/third/fourth page of products from the home page. May I ask for help on how to disable this option?

    Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

To assist you better, we'd love to have a closer look at your setup, and to do this, we'll need admin login credentials (dashboard URL, username, password) to your site. This will enable us to conduct a more in-depth investigation of the issue based on your specific configurations. Would you mind sharing this with us?

If you prefer, you can safely share the access through a one-time secret note or using an access plugin such as Controlled Admin Access.

Before you provide this information, we strongly recommend taking a backup of your site.

If you have any concerns or questions about this process, please don't hesitate to let me know.

    Best regards,

    Thanks for writing back.

This is an issue we've been able to replicate.

Please allow me to forward to the developer to look into it.

I request your patience and understanding.

In the meantime, should you have any further questions or encounter any difficulties along the way, please don't hesitate to reach out.

    Hey Maagnat,

That's not an option that is causing that behavior. The default pagination offered by default in WooCommerce loads a new page with the updated query to select the set of products that exist on that page. Once the page is loaded, it starts at the top, similar to navigating to any new page. What you need to do is create a JavaScript function to scroll the page down to that element. However, I assume you would rather load the items in place without reloading the full page. Unfortunately, there's no built-in option from WooCommerce to do that. Instead, you could opt to use the carousel display option included in Salient. This way, you could load 12 products and allow the user to navigate through them in place as desired.

    Kind regards,
