I added an anchor link in the off canvas menu. The link points to a section on the homepage. When I click on the link from the menu while on the homepage, it works as expected. However, when I click on it from other pages, it doesn't work. How can I resolve this issue?

To fix this, each custom link must use full url path i.e. https://norderdiekhuus.lbitconsult.de/#anchor. You can see this in our article https://themenectar.ticksy.com//article/6266/.
