Is the Visual Composer included with the theme a modified version of Visual Composer that is customized for Salient? I'm asking because I bought a Visual Composer add on (Modal Popup) and am having issues getting it to style properly.
Is it possible to remove the custom Visual Composer included with your theme? And if so, will it break anything I have already built?

Hey!
Yes we are using a customized version. You will loose the Salient Specific Functionality if you switch to RAW VC Plugin.
There is a VC update undersway and should be release by the third week of this month.
