I'm trying today to post a reply to an existing ticket I have with you (#3719559) but when I submit I see a busy indicator and nothing happens. I checked the console and it appears there's some issues with the tinymce element you're using on the page. Anyway, this just started happening today so I'm guessing a change was made recently since I was able to post a reply the other day without issue. See attached image with console output.
