I'd like to set a default header image for posts instead of defaulting to a blank/white header, but the structure changes when there is not a header image set and I can't do this through CSS easily.
Is there possibly a code snippet that would set a default post header image based on the default post archive header image from the settings?
That would default to the featured image, but we would prefer something uniform across the site like we are able to set for the archive headers. Possible?

Oh, wait, that might allow us to override the CSS. Will try!
