I would like to be able to scroll only the text on a fix background.
like the page scroll down only after the text has scrolled completely but manually, i don't want something automatic as i want every person to read at their speed.

This does not appear because these templates were released with the latest Salient 17. I would suggest you update using this guide : https://themenectar.com/docs/salient/updating-salient/
Also, ensure you have updated the Salient plugins.
